Hot Potato Features - History |
HistoryThe ability to protect content is critical if the system administrator is to successfully manage the knowledge as it develops within the system. For this reason, Hot Potato keeps a historical record of each page of content — meaning your organization will never lose previous versions of important documents, processes, and more. Whenever an edit is made, the History functionality assigns the page a version number and files it away. The history section of each page shows the different version numbers, the date and time the modifications were made, and the user who made the specific change. If unacceptable changes are ever made to a page, system administrators or those assigned the necessary permissions can simply click the Restore button to display the previous version. |
