Editing

Editing within each page of Hot Potato is simple and intuitive for any employee with a modest technical background. Users can Insert, Edit, or Delete content by clicking the appropriate link below each series of information.

Hot Potato's editing capabilities are laid out in a familiar and expansive tool bar that gives users a variety of display and delivery options — including embedding images and media files, creating links, and building tables.

When the edits are complete, users can choose to preview the new page or simply save the change to instantaneously update the page.
