The Accounting Game will provide your team with a fundamental understanding of how your organization makes money – and, more importantly, how to contribute to your financial success. Participants will learn the equivalent of a college semester’s worth of accounting 101…in one fun day through an interactive simulation. You’ll get everyone in the organization on the same page and make sure every team member speaks the language of business with fluency and confidence. The Financial Game for Decision Making
Strategic business decisions will be forever demystified after you see financial statements come alive in The Financial Game for Decision Making.This intermediate level course builds on concepts from The Accounting Game®. Using the metaphor of the "Real Good Lemonade Company", participants solve real-life problems as they learn how to use the balance sheet, the income statement, and the cash flow statement for analysis and decision making in their departments, their business units and your entire organization. Delivered as a one day session OR a two day session. The two day session includes a case study analysis, sales budgeting and analysis of your company numbers.
How We Make Money
Do people in your company ever have confusion about financial terms or wonder where the numbers come from? Is there misalignment around key performance indicators? Participants in How We Make Money achieve greater financial awareness and clarity about the financial impact of their actions. The Budgeting Game
Experience a Budgeting Adventure on The OT&B Railroad. Learn how to effectively plan your next journey with accuracy and confidence! Through this interactive simulation, participants will actively engage in our case study company, The OT&B Railroad Company. Their challenge is to create a budget for the upcoming year to meet strategic goals, then follow the budget cycle, analyze variances, and make decisions based on the numbers and other critical budgeting influences.

An exercise in teamwork and leadership! This interactive, challenging and fun simulation will have you out of your seats and active as you work with your group to successfully prepare a plane for departure. The team’s challenge is the one faced by employees of Just in Time Airlines. They are at a gate working together trying to clear a plane for departure. It is your standard travel nightmare, in which there are different sorts of travel delays. The team’s goal is to get the plane out safely, on time, and with as many passengers and suitcases as possible.
