I just recieved my first pair of glasses from coastal! I was skeptical at first, and wanted to see what I was getting for my first free pair before I order any more. I am thrilled! They came a lot quicker than I expected (about 5 days and that included the weekend, which was a holiday! I opened the box and tried them on and it was a perfect fit. I can see great and they look wonderful on me!! Gonna order my next pair this week! Beautiful glasses.
A lot of people feel my eyes should not get lost behind frames, and with these glasses, my eyes are what one notices, not the frames. I was so pleased that they came with anti-glare and the edges polished. With every other company I know, those two add-ons would have been ridiculous! I am totally pleased with Coastal and will be back for more for me and my family.
I thought these were the same frame as the Perspective 2029 Black. Beware that they are not. The lens width and height of these are smaller.
The frames came unequally adjusted and notably bent. One side was straight, the other was bowing outward. These frames are difficult to adjust without fear of damaging them due to their thin structure. They feel very lightweight, but the disadvantage is the lenses feel stronger than the frames themselves.
The glasses are comfortable to wear now that they have been adjusted. I've worn them for about 6 hours and although I am going to exchange them- If you were looking for something light weight, and not attention drawing- this is a great frame.
Definitely pay for the anti-reflective coating. I must have mistakenly forgot to get the coating bundle and they reflect a lot- I can see my own eye reflection a little as I wear them in brightly lit rooms.
