There was a little trouble shipping them to me on time, but I would do it all over again for these glasses. It is a big frame, but that is very trendy right now. My husband said they were going to be nerdy, but now he won't let me take them off! I love these glasses!!!

This is indeed a large frame but that's right on trend right now and what I was looking for in a frame. The frame size does allow for a large field of vision and is surprisingly sturdy. The green tortoiseshell is brighter than a traditional tortoiseshell but not actually green. Don't be turned off by the name if you are considering these. It's a great color.

When I first received these in the mail, they were a lot larger than I expected them to be. But I didn't care, they still looked very nice and since big frames are in at the moment, it wasn't a big deal.I wore these to school all the time and got compliments daily.My face is pretty lean and small, but they still fit me nicely! Can anyone who purchased these clarify what is "green" about the tortoiseshell? I just bought them, and I love the tint of the color in the pictures here, but they do not look green at all to me. I hope I'm not going to be disappointed by a pair of bright green glasses! They just seem to be slightly darker in color than the "brown" tortoise...
