I HATED my last pair of flimsy, very expensive progressive glasses (that I got at my doctor's office). When they broke, I had to use my old glasses which were a little weaker and did not give me clear enough distance vision to read road signs. I wanted a reasonably inexpensive pair of single vision glasses that would allow me to drive safely till I get to the doctor's sometime later this year for an annual vision test. Using my latest prescription, I entered just the distance information when ordering these glasses. I was so happy when they arrived -- the prescription was perfect and I can see clearly for distance. The price was excellent, and they are lightweight (but not the lightest) and very pretty. My only negative is that they look very pale pink in the photo which is what I wanted, and they are actually almost a mauve color. I like pale or gold frames and these are too dark for my taste, but everything else about them is excellent.
