The glasses are hipster. I have a wide face and they fit my face well, but I guess they may be too big for average sized faces, especially for females.
The quality looks good and the frame is durable. The only thing I don't like is the weight. It's a little heavy and will slide down sometimes.
The charge for the lenses is reasonable. Actually I ended up canceling my order in another place because you can't beat the price on coastal. My old order came only with the basic lenses and anti-reflective coating, and it cost me over 50 bucks. But on Coastal, I got all three coatings with a bundle price less than 20 bucks. It's a great deal!

These frames are very, very thick. Also, very large but that is a given based on the measurements. I was so excited about these, but was disappointed in how goofy they made me look. I am more of a classic dresser though, and I have a round face. I can't pull these off, but I don't want to.
These would be perfect for a male or a female with a petite features and who likes to be "trendy".

I got these frames with the lens upgrade that turned them into sunglasses and could not be happier! They are just large enough to block out rays but still feminine enough not to overpower my face.

These glasses are definitely on the big side. The frames are THICK. If that is what you want, this is a good fit, but if you are looking for geek-chic in a more subtle style, these won't be for you. They are wide on my face and super comfy. I have high cheekbones and am always looking for glasses that don't rest on my cheeks. These do the trick. I like that the lenses are so huge because it gives me a much better view of the outside world. I wear them all the time.

This my first prescription glasses I've ever ordered on line. I just was too scared that it won't fit me right since I can really try it on. It took me a while to finally decide to buy it. What finally got me to buy is that there's no hassle in returning if you don't like it (as verified by my cousin). And they always have deals on line. I figured what do I got to lose? My glasses came in way earlier than I expected. I think I got it within 3 to 4 days of ordering it. And it fit perfect! I really happy with my order and will not hesitate twice to order from coastal again!

This frame looks gorgeous on me but please don't buy these if you have a small face. These are probably the widest Derek Cardigan offers. I have a large head/face and i still have a lot of room on the sides, so keep that in mind when ordering. The upload yr own image tool where you can "try on" the glasses is awesome. It really helped me find a good look and the fit is pretty well. Also, i didnt know my PD and the number it auto set for me worked out just fine.

Since I'd never purchased glasses online before, I was apprehensive.Would I get the right style for me? would the prescription be right? How good would the service be? The style was big; exactly what I wanted. Even though it's a large frame, it's very light weight. They look attractive and durable. The prescription is perfect. The service was great. I recieved my glasses in 4 days. The sales personnel answered any and all my questions I will defintely come back to buy my contacts and other eyewear.
