Who can get free frames?
You must be a resident of the United States of America and a first time glasses customer of Coastal.com.

Are there any other fees or costs?
Shipping and handling costs still apply, which is typically $10 to $15. All lens upgrades including coatings, higher index lenses, progressive lenses, Transitions lenses and polarized lenses are available at extra cost.

Can I order any frame on the site?
Certain frames are not eligible for this promotion. If you see a 'coupons not applicable' message on a pair of glasses, they are excluded from this offer.

Can I order more than one free pair?
No. This promotion is valid for one free pair of glasses per customer.

What information do I need to place my glasses order online?
You'll need a copy of your current eyeglasses prescription (it's different from your contact lens prescription) and your PD (pupillary distance) measurement. Sometimes your PD will be on your prescription, but if not, simply follow the instructions on the site to measure it yourself.

Can I order sunglasses?
This promotion is for free eyeglasses only. However, you can upgrade your free lenses with polarized sunglasses lenses which start at $79.

How long does it take to get my glasses?
Our goal is to ship all eyeglasses within 48 hours.

I put in the code, why there still an amount showing up?
First time eyeglasses customers get any coupon eligible frame with 1.5 index lenses for free. However, all lens upgrades including coatings, higher index lenses, progressive lenses, Transitions lenses and polarized lenses are available at extra cost. These upgrades will be reflected in your order total.

Where do I enter the coupon code?
After you've chosen your frame and selected your shipping method, you'll go to an Order Review & Payment page. This is where you enter the coupon code. After applying the code, you'll see your final order total before needing to check out.

What methods of payment do you take?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express.

Can I return or exchange my glasses if I don't like them?
We want you to love your new glasses! If you're not happy with them for any reason, simply ensure they're in their original, unworn condition and give us a call at 1.866.333.6888 for a pre-paid shipping label!
