How to claim your Rebate

  1. Get a Contact Lens Fitting and/or Eye Exam

    The product must be purchased within 90 days after fitting and/or eye exam. Proof of fitting and/or eye exam, with receipt, is required.

  2. Purchase Required Products

    Required products are indicated above.

  3. Save your Boxes and all Receipts

    These are necessary for rebate submission.

  4. Go to lensrebates.alcon.com

    Enter your Individual Rebate Code (which can be found on the rebate insert included in your order box).

  5. Download and Complete the Form

    Fill out the ALCON Official Rebate Form.

  6. Mail-in Completed Rebate

    Please mail your completed rebate form to:
