Four-hour block of phone support that includes course installation, administrator training, reports, initial customization, global options and database set upincluding sites and training suites.
On-Site Installation
Two-day on-site assistance including installation of software (stand-alone or network), administrator training, reports, initial customization, global options and database set upincluding sites and training suites.
Coastal Implementation Training in Virginia Beach
Daily training given at Coastal, similar to the on-site implementation above.
On-Site Customization of Off-the-Shelf Product
Daily training that includes course evaluation, modification of existing storyboards (title screens, hiding, changing options, company policies), importing customer assets, creating storyboards (customer supplies the assets) the modification of questions.
Existing Database Transfer into ClarityNet
Transferring an existing employee list into the ClarityNet Administrator®.
ClarityNet Integration into Existing LMS or Tracking System
Integrating the ClarityNet® software with a Learning Management System (LMS) or other training software. Gives the ability to share test scores between software and possibly launch Clarity courses from different platforms.
Coastal Training Seminars

On-Site Training Needs Assessment
On-site assistance with implementation strategy, training program design, training delivery methods, training implementation coordination, instruction design models, performance analysis, employee remediation methods and program outcome measures.
